5 REASONS THESE AREN’T YOUR STANDARD WORKOUTS
1. Most of our workouts will require you to think about how you are going to complete them.
2. You’ll probably need a few goes at them in order to achieve your best scores.
3. They won’t have too many movements that require high skill levels or gymnastic backgrounds.
4. You won’t need to RX or Scale a workout, you’ll do what you can do and be scored accordingly.
5. You’ll have fun doing them, they’re not just there to kill you off.
